Welcome to Pulse
Getting started with Pulse
Your first week with Pulse — sign in, orient your team, and run your first day on one record.
Pulse is the operating layer behind your facility: maintenance, inspections, scheduling, and day-to-day communication on one shared record. It is not your POS, ticketing, or waiver system — it handles everything that has to be ready before guests arrive.
Before day one
Your IntelliFEC onboarding contact will send sign-in links for managers and floor leads. Confirm which attractions, zones, and roles exist in your facility — Pulse is configured around that list, not generic departments.
- Collect your attraction and asset list (rides, games, zones)
- Identify who owns opening inspections, maintenance triage, and scheduling
- Decide where shared tablets will live (maintenance bay, podium, break room)
Your first morning
Open Pulse before doors open. The daily readiness view shows outstanding inspections, overnight maintenance, and coverage gaps in one place. Work through the opening checklist on the shared tablet or a phone — failed items can escalate to a work order automatically.
Where to go next
Once the team is signed in and your asset list is loaded, move to Plan & Setup for facility configuration, or browse module guides under each Pulse product area.
