Setting up your facility
Attractions, zones, and the asset list everything else attaches to.
Pulse is built around what you actually run — go-karts, laser tag, redemption games, soft play — not abstract locations. The asset list is the first milestone in onboarding because inspections, maintenance, and scheduling all reference it.
Zones and attractions
Group equipment by zone (Track A, Arcade, Party Room) and by individual asset where history matters. A redemption game and a go-kart both get work orders; only the kart needs ride-specific inspection templates.
- Name assets the way your team already talks about them
- Attach manufacturer inspection requirements where they exist
- Mark seasonal or shared equipment so schedules respect downtime
Importing an existing list
If you maintain assets in a spreadsheet or another system, your onboarding contact can help map columns into Pulse. Partial lists are fine — add assets as you go, but prioritize guest-facing attractions first.
