Who sees what — managers, floor leads, technicians, and read-only roles.
Pulse roles mirror how facilities actually delegate: a manager sees readiness and reporting, a floor lead runs opening checks, a tech works the maintenance queue. Permissions are set at the facility level by your administrator.
Common roles
- Administrator — full facility configuration and user management
- Manager — readiness, scheduling, reporting, and approvals
- Floor lead — inspections, shift notes, and floor reporting
- Technician — maintenance queue, asset history, and close-out
- Staff — assigned tasks and shift visibility as configured
Certifications can gate which attractions someone is cleared to run. Pulse warns before a certification lapses so scheduling doesn't assign the wrong person to a zone.
