What works on the floor — desktop, tablet, and mobile recommendations.
Pulse is a modern web application. Use current versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox. Mobile browsers are fully supported for floor reporting and inspections.
Recommended setup
- Manager station — laptop or desktop, 1920×1080 or larger
- Facility tablet — 10"+ iPad or Android tablet, landscape mount
- Floor phones — staff devices with camera for photo evidence
Enable automatic OS and browser updates where possible. Pulse assumes intermittent connectivity — forms save progress; retry if a photo upload fails on weak Wi‑Fi.
