Many facilities mount a tablet in the maintenance bay or at the podium for opening checklists and the work-order queue. Use a dedicated device profile or guided access so the tablet stays on Pulse during a shift.
Practices that work
- Stay signed in to a facility account meant for shared use
- Keep the device charged and on Wi‑Fi — not cellular-only
- Wipe the screen; photo evidence works better with clean lenses
